So this past Thursday I had the opportunity to experience Related's newest rental development on the Upper East Side,The Easton which was a great experience.
I mean what's better than previewing brand new apartments offering A-MAZ-ING views with a Lagunita IPA on a Thursday afternoon?
Probably a Lagunita on the Beach but that's just not possible!
While there was still minor work still being done in the building, you could still experience the luxuriousness and sexy details that will be offered when complete.
And trust me you definitely get sexy and luxury when you experience the views from the floor to ceiling windows available in many of these units.
The Easton which will start occupying June 1st offers massive apartments ranging from 1 Bedrooms to 4 Bedrooms is located on East 92nd Street between 2nd & 3rd Ave and has a TON of amenities and features that come with these views.
It'll have access to a Media Room which will have games and custom soundproof music rehearsal rooms, not many rental building offering that in NYC. In addition, the building will feature access to a Equinox Fitness club, Dog City which will offer rooming and Day Care EXCLUSIVE to residents!
As you can see, I am not lying about the views available in most of these apartments!
I mean come on, this is one heck of a view to have while eating pizza and opening a bottle of Chardonnay,
I'm just saying!
If you are following me on Snapchat, you will have seen many behind the shoots and sneak peeks of this preview, if you aren't following me, SHAME ON YOU! But I'll be nice and share this little glimpse into this awesome building.
While I wasn't able to play around with the technology in the apartments, they will feature Nest wireless heating and Lutron Caseta lighting system which will allow you to control lighting while away from home.
I thought this to be a really well designed and planned out development with many benefits and amenities that are overlooked in other NYC buildings. The convenient location and the floor to ceiling windows which really grabbed my heart is a huge PLUS! The price is reflective of the multitude of amenities that you will have in this building, so even though you will be paying slightly higher than your surrounding neighbors, you will also be getting a lot more catering and receiving a much higher level of service at The Easton.
I'll keep posting my travels and different events that I attend throughout the city, I'll love to hear your thoughts about this apartment or just in general. Look forward to your feedback!
